If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us and we will refund you the full purchase price. Please note that we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs.

This guarantee does not include made-to-measure items.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, and items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once we have received your returned items and inspected them, a refund will be processed and issued to you.

Please Note:

• Returned items should be sent back to us or returned via a carrier.
• If you would like us to arrange collection of your return, a carrier fee of Rs. 2,000.00 per package will apply within Sri Lanka. This charge is set by the carrier company and is non-negotiable.

1. Please contact us first to inform us of your intention to return any items. Have your order number ready.
2. Clearly write your order number on the package you are returning.
3. Please use suitable packaging to avoid damage during transit.
